TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

I reserve the right to decline any commission or turn down ideas that are either offensive/unsuitable for the style of work I do.I communicate through Email, Ko-Fi, FurAffinity or Toyhouse. I do not communicate through Discord or any other social media / art platforms at this time although this may always change in the future.You may contact me at any time on the status of your commission or place in the queue, or you may visit my Trello to check up where things are atI am okay with working with NSFW / nude character references, or any other reference material that may involve adult human anatomy.

PAYMENT & FEES

Payment is paid up front and done through PayPal, CashApp, or Ko-fi. If paying through PayPal, I require the client's email address for invoicing.Payment is expected within 48 hours or your slot will not be secured and will have to be passed on to someone else.I will not begin work until payment is processed.

REFUNDS

Refunds are generally only issued if work has not begun or a piece has not been completed within a reasonable time frame (60 days.)I do not offer refunds on completed character design commissions or completed work of any kind.If for any reason I feel like I cannot comfortably complete your commission within a fair time frame (art block, heavy job schedule, struggling due to illness etc.) I will be happy to issue a full refund, even for illustrations already in process.

PERMISSIONS & USAGE

Clients are strictly prohibited to sell my works or anything representing my works as non-fungible tokens/NFTs and similar forms. Clients are also prohibited from altering or copying my works with the use of AI of any kind.By commissioning me, clients agree that I retain the right to use or post completed commissions anywhere for the purpose of showing examples of my work. I do not claim others' characters as my own. Any private commissions are an exception to this.Any Illustration or design commissions are for personal use only & are not intended for commercial use. (for example; the selling of prints or other material goods.) This does not apply to stickers or goods involving custom OC designs though.Clients are free to list my artwork anywhere - no need to ask - however, please try to credit me where possible, including any design work.You may use purchased artwork for icons, banners, and wallpapers as well as material items such as tees, blankets, mugs etc, so long as it's for personal use.
